Here's one of the original match types that got the best fan reaction.

Fight for Freedom Match: A modified hell in a cell-like structure houses two(up to eight) wrestlers. The cell itslef is lke a normal hell in a cell, except it has another cage annexed to it. Making it a three tiered cage(Ring/ringside is tier 1, the first cage's ceiling is tier 2, and the second cage's ceiling is tier 3).Wrestlers must climb the cell's wall to reach a cell door (which is on the upper part of the cage, instead of the lower one), exit the cage through the door and re-enter it through a door directly above it to get to the second tier. The second tier has one weapon for each wrestler competing, and one ladder. To get to the third tier(which has a hollow space in the middle), the wrestler must use the ladder and go through the hollow space. Once on the third tier, the wrestler must climb down the structure's walls and step on the ringside floor. First wrestler to go through all 3 tiers nd step on the ringside floor wins the match.

For some reason, I'm seeing a lot of safety risks/technical restrictions with this one.

... sorry, I'll just leave it at that.

WCW used to do a match like that... it was dodgy as hell, major career threat much. All the same the concept isn't bad, just the risks involved in the execution.

Yes, I'm aware of the risks involved in the match, as it was a major theme in RXW(which was a very hardcore e-fed, we even had a six man first blood match...the only one left without bleeding won the RXW championship), anyways this match always came with a reward, and the winner could either take the default reward (two RXW World championship shots, which could be used either for the two main belts, or for the same one twice.), or choose their own reward as long as the GM approved of it.

It was a very risky match, but winning it had it's benefits.

Some of these are interesting, but most seem to be pretty much based on previously existing matches. Really what we need is new concepts that aren't based on anything previously done.

I can't really think of a non-gimmicky name for this but match idea

here's the basics
-No holds barred
-No pinfalls, count outs, or submissions
-The only way to win this match is to tie an opponent to a structure placed on the stage, examples might be a crucifix, or the Undertaker's symbol, but other items as simple as some chain-link fencing might work just as well.
