[Tons of fireworks, red and blue, explode onto and across the stage. The camera pans through the crowd, twenty-thousand plus screaming fans ready to see a night of action-packed Matches! “Step Up” by Maylene and The Sons of Disaster plays in the background as the camera continues to pan through the crowd. The ring ropes are half red, half blue to represent the ‘Brand Rivalry’ Theme of the show!]

Jim Ross: Ladies and gentlemen good evening and welcome to WWE: Bragging Rights! This is Good Ol’ J.R. alongside Michael Cole, and we’ll be switching up the Announce Teams throughout the night as we present a variety of exciting Matches tonight!

Michael Cole: You can say that again, J.R.! This show has the potential to be awesome, and I think the superstars are going to deliver and make sure that’s exactly what happens!

Image

Match: The crowd is hot and ready for a night of awesome wrestling action; not only will they see a series of Matches pitting RAW’s best against Smackdown’s best, they’ll see the return of ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin on Pay-Per-View and the return of the legendary Last Ride Match. With Chris West winning the previous Match against Mike Knox, RAW is already down one, and this divided crowd – for one night only – contains a great deals of ‘Miz’ supporters.

The two young Champions stand across from one another; this being the first time they’ve faced each other one-on-one a challenging fight is expected on the behalf of both superstars, yet Miz’s confidence leads him to believe that he’s already got it won. With Evan Bourne’s victory over the massive Mike Knox on RAW and The Miz’s victory over The Hurricane on Smackdown, the odds are somewhat even. Lock-up in the center, but Bourne quickly rolls behind Miz. He hits an Arm Drag with some nice speed behind it; Miz lands on his feet and turns around, only to get blasted with a Dropkick to the face. Bourne tries the cover early—1! 2! Miz gets the shoulder up! Bourne looks for a Roll-Up, Miz quickly moves out of it. Miz to his feet in the corner, and Bourne goes for a Running Dropkick. Unfortunately, Miz moves out of the way and Bourne finds himself ‘tied on the proverbial tree of woe’. Miz taunts the crowd to a good amount of boos, but some cheers, before kicking Bourne right in the chest. He hits multiple kicks in the corner and the Referee orders him to stop. Reluctantly, he complies, but not before getting in one last kick. A weakened Bourne falls out of the corner and to the mat. He struggles to get a second to recover. Miz doesn’t let up on the attack, driving a Knee to the chest and hooking the legs. 1! 2! 3—No! Bourne manages to kick out.

Perhaps annoyed by what he had hoped would be an early victory, your friendly neighborhood jackass gets to his feet and grabs Bourne. He pulls him to his feet and throws him shoulder-first into the ring post; Bourne’s face shows that he’s in pain, despite trying to play it off as if he’s okay. He turns around, knowing he has to get back into the Match. Miz grabs him for a Suplex, but Bourne floats over and lands on his feet behind the oh-so arrogant United States Champion. Miz turns around—Bourne hits a Dropkick to the face! Miz rolls back up—Dropkick number two! A third time Miz rolls up, but wisely dodges another Dropkick attempt, sliding out of the ring. The crowd begins to boo as Miz is taking the coward’s way out, but he could care less. Bourne’s not gonna stand around and wait, though. He runs the ropes, rebounds, Suicide Dive through the second ropes—Miz grabs him! Skillyfully (some would say) Miz grabs Bourne and ‘aids’ him in making contact with the ring mat. Bourne lay on the ground in great pain, as the fans can tell from the loud impact he made when he hit the mat.

1! The Referee begins his count. Miz grabs Bourne in a manner similar to the ring post move earlier and throws him shoulder first into the security barricade. Bourne sort of flips upside down upon colliding with it, and Miz taunts the crowd again, showing his “superiority”.

Jim Ross: Things certainly aren’t looking good for Evan Bourne right now, and I’m sure the RAW fans love that one. The Miz is demonstrating a very skillful strategy here tonight, weakening the shoulder of his smaller-yet-faster opponent.

Michael Cole: It’s not often that superstars use that tactic on high-flying athletes. Usually, they’ll focus the attack on the legs or try and keep the superstar grounded. I don’t see Miz doing that here tonight, and this new approach might be good enough to allow RAW to tie the score.

2! 3! ‘Let’s Go Evan’ chants begin to fill the arena, as the Smackdown fans try and show their support for the Intercontinental Champion, who’s anything but in control right now. Miz hits a kick to the chest on the outside, then proceeds to ‘stomp a mudhole’ as Bourne lay against the security barricade. Smiling, happy with himself and the fact that he’s been in such good control of the Match thus far, The Miz taunts the crowd. They respond with boos; there aren’t many fans, even RAW supporters that get behind ‘The Chick Magnet’ in this Match. He grabs Bourne and rolls him into the ring, before sliding in himself. Quickly into the cover, looking to get it here! 1! 2! Evan Bourne rolls the shoulder up! ‘Let’s Go Evan’ chants begin to fill the arena as Miz locks in a Surfboard Stretch. Bourne doesn’t look to be in a good way, but he’s not going to let that discourage him from trying to win. Bourne pushes against the mat, and elevates himself into the air to get Miz’s shoulders on the mat! 1! 2! 3—No! Close, but The Miz managed to kick out just in the nick of time! Bourne rolls to his feet, takes Miz down with a Dropkick! Miz gets back up, and Bourne hits a second one! Goes for the third, gets it! Evan Bourne taunts for the crowd to a big pop. He exits to the ring apron, climbs to the top rope; Miz gets to his feet, Bourne leaps, Crossbody! 1! 2! Wait, Miz reverses it into a Small Package! 1! 2! Bourne kicks out this time! This fast-paced Match, continues to pick up speed as both superstars get to their feet. Bourne runs forward, goes for a Tilt-A-Whirl Headscissor Takedown, but Miz blocks it! He holds onto Bourne, then hits a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker! Some boos from the crowd as Miz grins; with just one move, he might have turned this Match around completely. Lateral press—1! 2! 3—No! Bourne kicks out! Miz looks at the Referee with disbelief; there was no way Evan Bourne could have kicked out of that.

Getting angry now, the United States Champion gets to his feet. He moves near the ropes; time for Bourne to get a dose of reality. As the Intercontinental Champion wills himself to get to his feet, getting some cheers from the crowd in the process, Miz rebounds off the ropes, knee to the head! Grabs Bourne, Reality Check time! Wait! Bourne resists, Backslide! 1! 2! 3—No! Miz kicks out just in the nick of time! Intelligently, Miz pulls himself to the corner, getting a minute to recover while Evan Bourne does the same. Bourne decides to capitalize, though, and runs forward. He grabs Miz in the corner, goes for the Monkey Flip! Takes him down! ‘The Chick Magnet’ rolls to his feet, Bourne runs forward again, but Miz takes him down with a Lariat! Bourne flips backwards and lands chest-first on the mat, in a painful-looking move. Miz shoots the half—1! 2! 3—No! Evan Bourne gets the shoulder up again! What’s it going to take to beat this guy? Miz wonders what else he has to do to put Bourne away; whatever it is, he’s not going to lose and make himself look bad at the expense of some over-rated loser.

Jim Ross: You can see the frustration on the face of The Miz, who is having some trouble defeating the high-flying Evan Bourne here. I’m not sure how Bourne plans to battle back into this thing, but there’s no doubt in my mind that he’s not done yet.

Michael Cole: It’s a rare occasion that I root for The Miz, but tonight is one of those nights. RAW needs this win to tie the score up 1-1, otherwise we’re gonna get off to a really bad start. Once Miz hits that Skull-Crushing Finale, this Match’ll be as good as over.

The Miz Irish Whips Evan Bourne into the corner. He runs forward, going for the Corner Lariat, but Bourne dodges it! Miz hits the corner! Bourne holds the ropes, hits a Pele! Miz stumbles out of the corner, and ‘Air’ Bourne quickly climbs to the top rope! DIVING KNEE TAKEDOWN! Bourne grabs Miz’s leg, cover—1! 2! 3—No! So close! The fans are on their feet, as one way or another this Match is close to the finish! Bourne rolls to his feet, with great speed runs toward Miz, and clocks him with a Spinning Heel Kick! The crowd goes wild! Evan Bourne exits to the ring apron, climbs to the top rope! SHOOTING STAR PRESS—NO! The Miz gets to his feet and runs into the ropes, causing Bourne to land on the turnbuckle. Plenty of boos from the crowd; they wanted to see the Shooting Star Press. Miz climbs the turnbuckle, grabs Bourne, hits the SKULL-CRUSHING FINALE off the top rope! Shoots the half—1! 2! 3!

Winner: The Miz

Jim Ross: Good Lord what a move, Evan Bourne landing face-first on the mat from the third rope, I was sure he wasn’t gettin’ up from that. Well, as much as I don’t like it, The Miz wins here tonight, and now the score’s tied 1-1 between RAW and Smackdown.

Michael Cole: A great Match, and a great effort from both guys, but I told you earlier J.R. that The Miz would win this Match, and he did just that. Take that, Smackdown!

Match: Christian, Shelton Benjamin, Big Show, Billy Kidman. Four entertaining, respectful competitors all with their own exciting styles. Edge, Jack Swagger, Drew McIntyre, Zack Blaze. Four opportunistic, aggressive, powerful competitors with varying styles, yet one goal in mind. The two teams, on opposite sides of the ring, and it’s all come down to this. Months of feuding amongst the ECW Superstars has been thrown into this one blockbuster 8-Man Tag Team Match, where the best of the best on ECW have the task of proving why they’ve earned those Titles. And tonight, they’re going to do it.

To the delight of the crowd, Christian opts to start for his team, while the only one on the opposing team willing to start is Zack Blaze. The two faced-off a couple of weeks ago in a Match that saw Christian victorious, but the stakes are much higher here. Zack Blaze starts things off right away, swinging for the fences with a right hand. Christian ducks under it. He turns around and fires away with a couple rights of his own, those connecting. Zack Blaze tries to block one, but Christian takes him down with an Arm Drag. Zack gets to his feet, and the two look at each other. Preparing to lock-up, Christian begins to clap his hands, getting the crowd to clap along with him. Collar and elbow tie-up in the center of the ring. Zack Blaze manages to outmanuever Christian and take him down with a Snapmare Toss. Knee to the back, as Christian’s face shows pain. Zack pushes him to the mat, cover—1! 2! Christian gets the shoulder up. The brief look of concern on the faces of his teammates changes to one of relief. Zack Blaze, keeping the Former ECW Champion grounded, moves to a Sitting Sleeper Hold. Trying to wear down ‘The Instant Classic’, using a style that Christian’s not exactly familiar with competing against. The crowd – almost naturally – begins to get behind the fan favorite, clapping and stomping their feet in an attempt to will him to his feet. Christian’s not hurt nearly enough to be taken down yet, though. He’s got plenty of gas left in the tank.

Knowing that the Sleeper Hold could be damaging to the match if he doesn’t do something to get out of it soon, Christian digs down deep inside and finds his inner strength. He starts to get to a vertical base despite Zack Blaze’s resistance. Christian gets both feet on the mat, and Zack keeps the hold locked in. Elbow to the chest! A second one! Zack lets go of the hold, but takes Christian down with a Swinging Neckbreaker. Cover—1! 2! Christian kicks out a second time! The camera focuses on Edge, who watches intently. He wants to know that he didn’t make bad teammate selections, but his main goal is making sure Christian’s team doesn’t win the Match. Zack Blaze kicks Christian in the chest, and drags him toward the corner. He holds Christian’s arms behind his back and makes the Tag to Jack Swagger. Swagger, who had a Rivalry with Christian earlier in the year, has no problem getting in the ring and continuing to wear down ‘The Livewire’. Swagger hits a kick of his own, right to the chest and Zack Blaze lets go. He exits the ring and leaves Swagger to go to work. Swagger complies. He grabs Christian’s right leg and pulls him toward the center of the ring. Still holding the leg, Swagger drops to the mat and brings his elbow with him, hitting an Elbow Drop to the leg. Christian yells in pain, grabbing his leg. Swagger gets back to his feet quickly. He taunts the crowd, then drops an elbow right to the chest. 1! 2! 3—No! Christian kicks out again!

Matt Striker: That’s a solid example of why you shouldn’t waste your time taunting during a Match, Todd. Jack Swagger hit that Elbow Drop, and was less than half a second away from scoring a huge victory. Instead, he decided to taunt first, which gave Christian a brief moment to recover. Bad move on Jack Swagger’s part, and hopefully he realized it.

Todd Grisham: I wouldn’t want to be Christian right now, I’ll say that much. He’s certainly a resilient competitor, but he’s being completely isolated in this Match by Edge’s team, and it’s a strategy that could cost him the victory.

Jack Swagger stomps his feet on the mat. He waits for Christian to get to his feet, ready to attack. Christian does so, not knowing what’s going on and focusing on trying to get back into the Match. Turns around, and Swagger grabs him! Waistlock, Belly-to-Belly Side Slam! Swagger hops to his feet and flexes his muscles, grinning widely. Again, wasting time. Cover—1! 2! 3—No! Christian gets his foot on the bottom rope. Disappointment on the face of Swagger, who has no one to blame but himself for making such a foolish move. Shelton Benjamin extends his hand for a Tag on the apron, wanting to get into this Match perhaps more than the rest of Christian’s team members. ‘Christian’ chants begin to fill the arena as Swagger locks in a Boston Crab. He holds Christian in the center of the ring, not giving him the opportunity to even reach the ropes. Building up some energy, Christian makes a move for the ropes, but ‘The All-American’ American isn’t having any of it, and pulls him right back to the center. All of Christian’s teammates try to will him on, but there’s not much they can really do. Edge claps, knowing that out of everyone on his team, at least Swagger was a good choice. Christian slams his fist down on the mat. He’s not doing well right now, and he knows it. He begins to shake his fist, doing whatever he can to make sure he doesn’t tap out and let his team down. Knowing it’s now or never, Christian turns over, and rolls Swagger into an Inside Cradle! Could this do it?! 1! 2! 3—No! Jack Swagger barely, barely gets the shoulder up!

Christian rolls to his feet, feeling momentum, but Swagger stops him with a kick to the chest! He leans forward, out of breath. Swagger grabs him, Gutwrench Powerbomb, but no! Christian lands on his feet! Hits a Reverse Falling Neckbreaker! The crowd pops huge; Edge looks concerned. Christian begins to crawl toward the corner; all three of his Tag Team Partners extend their hands, fired up and ready to get into the Match. Billy Kidman gets the lucky draw as he was the closest, and the crowd’s fired up! Kidman is too, as he quickly enters the ring. He tries to grab Swagger, but Swagger’s able to make the Tag to Drew McIntyre, who seems almost reluctant to enter the ring. Kidman helps him get over his fear, though. He grabs his head and throws him over the ropes; welcome to the Match, Drew. Kidman runs forward and hits a right hand, backing McIntyre into the corner. He climbs onto the ropes, and begins to hit some punches, which the crowd likes to count along with. “1! 2! 3! 4! 5!” Kidman’s punches are stopped as McIntyre grabs his legs and hits a hard-hitting Powerbomb that looks really painful to watch, or at least to Shelton Benjamin and Christian who cringe after seeing the move. McIntyre hooks the legs, looking to get a huge Pay-Per-View victory without doing much! 1! 2! 3—No! Shelton Benjamin makes the save, breaking it up with a Leg Drop to the back of the head! The Referee orders Benjamin to get out of the ring. He does so, without argument, but it distracts the Referee long enough so that Zack Blaze can run into the ring and hit a Dropkick to the side of the head, further hurting Kidman. Zack Blaze gets out of the ring before the Referee sees anything, despite Christian trying to let the Referee know what’s going on.

Matt Striker: There you see the smarts of Edge’s team come into play. Shelton Benjamin made the save, but by doing so he allowed Zack Blaze to hit a Dropkick, beautifully executed if I might add, that didn’t do Billy Kidman any favors. You win some, you lose some I guess.

Todd Grisham: The odd part here is, Christian’s team for the most part have teamed together in the past. They have some sort of chemistry. Here’s the irony, though. Edge’s team has little to no chemistry, and they’re working quite well as a Tag Team. I guess the determination to win is what’s letting them act like a cohesive unit.

Drew McIntyre goes for the cover; 1! 2! Kidman had some time to recover, so no win for the Scotsman just yet. He looks angry; no surprise there. McIntyre hooks the arms, lifts Kidman up for a Butterfly Suplex, but no score this time around. Kidman lands on his feet, turns around, hits a Hurracanrana Takedown! McIntyre flips forward and lands on the mat. Kidman runs to him, hits a Standing Moonsault! 1! 2! The overconfident Drew McIntyre’s probably not feeling the same now as he was two minutes ago, and with good reason. Kidman grabs him, Oklahoma Roll Pin! 1! 2! 3—No! McIntyre rolls the shoulder up! Drew McIntyre, still in the middle of his lesson that Billy Kidman’s twice as fast-paced as he could ever hope to be, tries to regain the advantage with a knee to the chest. He Irish Whips Kidman into the ropes. Kidman rebounds, and McIntyre goes for a Powerslam, but the Former Tag Team Champion uniquely turns it into a Roll-Up Pin! 1! 2! Another kickout from McIntyre. Kidman gets to his feet. He looks around the arena, then at his team. Big Show smiles, and Kidman Tags him in. The crowd pops huge as ‘The World’s Largest Athlete’ steps over the ropes and into the ring. McIntyre, however, isn’t excited when he gets to his feet and finds himself standing face-to-chest with The Big Show. McIntyre goes for a right hand, but Big Show blocks it by grabbing McIntyre’s fist. Show smiles, then looks around the arena. He grabs McIntyre by the throat with both hands and throws him half-way across the ring.

McIntyre rolls to his feet, and Big Show runs forward. He takes him down with a Clothesline! And another one! Follows that up with a Scoop Slam, and Drew McIntyre might be regretting taking part in his first Pay-Per-View Match! Big Show raises his arm up in the air for a Chokeslam! This Match might be over! McIntyre’s up, stumbles around, Big Show grabs him! Lifts him up into the air, Chokeslam! No! Drew McIntyre reverses it into a DDT! Both superstars lay on the mat as Christian finds it hard to believe that Drew McIntyre was able to counter. Not that he respects McIntyre, but giving credit where it’s due isn’t bad. Drew McIntyre crawls toward his corner, where Edge extends his hand for a Tag. Big Show moves toward his corner as well; he did enough. Shelton Benjamin extends his hand for the Tag, and Big Show makes it! ‘The Gold Standard’ enters the ring, and McIntyre reaches Edge for the Tag, but wait! Edge jumps down off the ring apron. Some cheers from the crowd, actually. Benjamin grabs McIntyre and pulls him to his feet. He smiles as he stands face-to-face with the man who attacked him for whatever reason this past Tuesday on ECW. He extends his hand to McIntyre, requesting a hand shake. McIntyre looks puzzled, as do Christian and the rest of his team. The crowd is quiet. McIntyre goes to shake his hand, but Benjamin laughs and moves his hand away. PAYDIRT! 1! 2! 3!

Winners: Christian, Billy Kidman, Big Show, & Shelton Benjamin

Matt Striker: Just like that, this extremely competitive Match is over! Shelton Benjamin was attacked by Drew McIntyre this past Tuesday on ECW, and while we haven’t found out why, Shelton Benjamin decided not to wait for an explanation and to get some retribution! He did just that here tonight.

Todd Grisham: Edge told Drew McIntyre that if he failed, he would pay for it, and I think that’s exactly what happened. Drew McIntyre lost control of the Match a good five minutes before he went for the Tag, and Edge decided that having McIntyre learn his lesson was worth the loss.

Match: Chris West and Batista discuss who'll start the match, something the Hart Dynasty must have already decided, because as soon as West seems to have been chosen David Hart-Smith charges across the ring and clubs him across the back of the head, sending him to the ground. Smith quickly follows up with a side head-lock as West gets to his knees. He uses the hold to drag West more toward the center of the ring.

At this point, West starts to deliver shots to the kidneys of the second-generation star, who finally breaks the hold, West takes the opportunity to apply a Small-Package 1...2... No, Smith's not going to loose this early on. West, having been sent back towards Batista when the pin was broken makes a tag to The Animal, who begins to stare a hole through Smith, marking the beginning of what's sure to be a pure power vs. power confrontation. Both superstars begin to exchange punches in the center of the ring, and the fans trade boos and cheers along with them. Finally Batista takes the advantage as he delivers a harder shot, before whipping Smith off into the Batista-West corner. The Animal charges into the corner with a Shoulder Block, and West tags his back, Batista holds Smith in the corner with his shoulder as West runs and leaps in for a leg-lariat like move, almost a variation of Poetry in Motion. Batista leaves the ring, and West waits for Smith to stand, before delivering a kick to the back of his head, Smith staggers out of the corner and West runs, he ducks a clothesline from Smith and Jumps up into a crucifix pin! 1...2...No! For the second time West fails to pin DH Smith, who rolls out of the pinning predicament, and quickly tags Tyson Kidd.

Kidd and West waist absolutely no time, Tyson Kidd's quick, but he's not as fast as Chris West, he knows that, that much is obvious, as when West comes running, Kidd takes him down with a Drop Toe-Hold , which he follows up with a kick to the leg, before applying a Leg-Lock West struggles to escape the hold, he nearly reaches the ropes, but Kidd drags him back into the Center of the ring, by his now-damaged leg, West sees his opportunity and delivers a spinning kick to the face of the self proclaimed “Crown-Prince of Wrestling” Tyson Kidd. West gets to his feet, hopping a bit, Kidd stands too, a little dazed.

Jim Ross: Tyson Kidd is one of the greatest athletes in this sport Today when it comes to footwork, but it looks like he just got a taste of his own medicine thanks to Chris West, who I still can’t believe is the one that’s going to team with ‘The Animal’ tonight. What a team these two make.

Michael Cole: With Batista in the equation, the odds weren’t looking good for The Hart Dynasty to begin with. Adding Chris West just makes it more difficult, but hopefully their years of training will give them enough strategy to pull the victory off here.

Both athletes charge in, and West drops Kidd with an Arm Drag, Kidd stands and tries again, but meets the same result, the fans start to get into the match, as West builds up a head of steam, The Rapidfire Superstar hits a third Arm Drag, Kidd starts to stand, as West comes off the rope and tries to deliver a Dropkick, but Kidd has the where-with-all to dodge the move, and West lands on is sore leg. Kidd grabs him by the ankle and drives his knee into the ground! West screams in pain as Kidd sets him up for an Indian Deathlock. The fans give Tyson Kidd major heat as he falls to his back, violently wrenching the knee of the Rapidfire Sensation!

West howls as the Deathlock continues to wear him down, he begins an awkward crawl, not for the ropes, but toward the Animal, Batista who's chopping at the bit to get into the ring, finally, West's close to Batista, Kidd breaks the hold, knowing that he can't prevent the tag, he backs up, ready to take on The Animal, West makes the tag and rolls from the ring. Dave Batista comes in for a Clothesline, but Kidd ducks, and turns, delivering a Chop Block to Batista, who goes down hard, Kidd hits a few hard kicks to the back of the leg of Batista, before The Animal starts to get to his feet, he hits a few shots to the mid-section of Kidd while on his knees, then finally he stands and hits a big shot to the face, Sending Kidd staggering back. Kidd takes a moment to catch his breath in the corner, turning down Smith's offer for the tag.

Tyson Kidd charges back at Batista, who drops him with a HUGE SPINEBUSTER! The Animal doesn't taunt for the Batista Bomb, instead he backs up into a neutral corner, vertically inline with Kidd, who starts to stand, Batista runs, looking for a spear Leapfrog by Kidd, Batista crashes shoulder first into the post! Kidd runs across the ring, delivering a straight kick into the shoulder of Batista, who screams in pain. Kidd gets out to the Apron, and starts to violently pull the arm of Batista placing pressure against the post, and causing pain to shoot down Batista's arm, the Referee warns Kidd, and begins to count, the hold is illegal, Kidd breaks on 4, but, he delivers a kick to the head of the Animal who falls lifelessly into the ring! Kidd moves around the post, looking for his signature Springboard Elbow Drop, but he's cut off by the Rapidfire Superstar, who grabs his leg, causing him to fall into the ring.

Jim Ross: Right there, Chris West kept his eyes on his opponent and waited until the right moment to strike! Brilliant strategy, and a counter that might have saved this Match for Batista and West here!

Michael Cole: Tyson Kidd had the momentum going here, but it looks like Chris West really turned things around! The score’s 1-1 right now, and RAW really needs to win this Match here to ensure they gain the advantage!

West runs back around to his corner, climbing onto the apron, he begins to chant “Ba-ti-sta! Ba-ti-sta!” and the fans join in West starts to clap, and Batista starts to move, he's holding his shoulder tightly after the attack from Tyson Kidd. Kidd also gets to his feet quickly, he delivers a flurry of rights and lefts to Batista, who responds with one big left hand, equal to about four of Kidd's punches. Kidd staggers back, and the Batista chants continue around the arena as Tyson Kidd seems to be thinking about how to deal with Batista, He charges at The Animal, but runs straight into a big kick to the gut Batista positions Kidd for the Batista Bomb, Kidd hits some frantic shots to the face, before finally managing to twist into an Arm Bar on Batista, who falls to the ground.

Batista screams in agony, and the Rapidfire Superstar watches on in dismay, The Animal cant seem to break the hold, and Kidd, being a talented mat wrestler knows a hold that can do more damage, and maybe even get The Animal to tap out! He quickly transitions the Arm Bar into a short arm scissors, he holds the in-step of his own boot, keeping the pressure on tight, Batista can't seem to break the hold he struggles but he just can't get Kidd off him, he looks like he's about to tap, but finally, he manages to roll to the ropes holding on for dear life with his good arm, Tyson Kidd breaks at the very last moment possible in the Ref's count the referee first tells him to back off, the physically moves him away when he refuses.

Batista gets to his feet, using the ropes, and Kidd charges, again, looking to seize the opportunity One-armed Spinebuster from Batista The animal furiously shakes the ropes and the fans pop HUGE thumbs up! Thumbs down! As The Animals pulls Kidd into position. He lifts the last graduate of the Hart Dynasty onto his shoulders, and begins to carry him towards his and West's corner. What's Batista thinking!? West to the top rope! Batista Bomb-Rapidfire Plunge Both finishers hit Kidd simultaneously Batista with the cover 1...2 Smith comes in only to be met with a dropkick from West. 3! Batista and West win it!

Winners [and the new Unified Tag Team Champions]: Batista & Chris West

Jim Ross: They did it! ‘The Animal’ Batista and Chris West have taken the Unified Tag Team Championships back to Smackdown! A spectacle of a Match, and The Harts came extremely close to winning it, but Smackdown prevailed yet again! The odds aren’t looking too good for RAW, as they’ve only got one chance left to even the score!

Michael Cole: You’ve gotta believe the Smackdown Locker Room is just loving this, but I’m hoping the RAW Locker Room is paying close attention as well. We really need to pull it together and win here, and hopefully RAW’s Team Captain Dustin Delta is making that message known!

Match: Bell sounds, this thing’s almost immediately underway! The crowd is solidly behind Randy Orton as he stands face-to-face with Zachariah Graves, an intense look in his eyes. Despite the rarity of someone being able to Match ‘The Viper’s’ intensity, Zachariah Graves seems to be able to do so quite well. Lock-up in the center, and Orton pushes Zachariah into the corner. The crowd cheers as Orton nails a Right Hand, but the Referee pulls him out of the corner and those cheers change to boos. As the Referee checks on Zachariah Graves, he pulls a cheap shot. Dashing out of the corner, Zachariah drives his boot right into the side of Orton’s head, jut brutally taking down the Former WWE Champion. Orton crashes to the mat, almost un-normally as if the kick really took a lot out of him. The camera pans to the crowd and you can see the looks of concern on the faces of the fans; even the Referee tells Zachariah Graves to wait in the corner as he checks on Randy Orton.

Jim Ross: Hold on just a second, things aren’t looking very good here, Josh. I’m not sure if it was intentional or not, but that kick to the side of the head might have legitmately knocked Randy Orton out here.

Josh Matthews: The Referee’s checking on Orton now; you can just see the empty look in Randy Orton’s eyes, this doesn’t look good at all. We hardly got this Match underway, and yet it may not even be able to continue.

The crowd is silent as Randy Orton lay in the center of the ring, motionless. The fans have never seen him like this before, and after just one move. It appears there could be serious damage, but there’s no word from the Referee yet. ‘RKO’ chants fill the arena; the fans show their support, willing Orton to get back to his feet, recover, continue the Match, but that doesn’t look likely right now. As the Referee continues to check on Orton, Zachariah Graves runs out of the corner and Punts the Referee right in the side of the head. An excessive amount of boos from the crowd as Zachariah towers over a fallen Orton and a fallen Official. Figuring that Orton really isn’t able to continue, he begins to leave the ring. Half-way through the ropes, he stops. He turns his attention back to Randy Orton inside the ring, an evil look in his eye. Zachariah grabs a defenseless Randy Orton, and hurls him into the ring post. Barely any reaction from Orton as his shoulder crashes into the steel. ‘You Suck’ chants begin to fill the arena; there’s no need for this hellacious assault, but Zachariah Graves could care less.

Jim Ross: Somebody get out here and stop this, this is absolutely ridiculous! Randy Orton has lost consciousness, but Zachariah Graves continuing to attack him! That’s cowardous, that’s what it is!

Zachariah slides out of the ring. He grabs Orton’s leg and carelessly pulls him out of the ring. Orton crashes to the floor below, taking even more damage to his upper-back/neck area. The assault continues; Zachariah stomps Orton’s chest about fifteen times in a row, then turns to face the crowd with a crazed look in his eyes. The irony of the assault isn’t focused on by anyone. Some would say Orton’s getting a taste of his own medicine, but he hasn’t acted in such a way in quite a while. Zachariah Graves could care less what anyone thinks. He wants to send a message, and if he has to do it at the expense of Randy Orton, it’s a small price to pay. He grabs a steel chair from the Timekeeper’s Area and snaps it shut. Having completely snapped now, Zachariah throws the chair; it lands right on Orton’s back. ‘The Legend Killer’ doesn’t move at all. Zachariah leans him against the ring steps. He begins to leave, or so we think. He turns around, then runs forward and drives his boot right into Orton’s face, kicking it into the steps and separating the steps from the ring post in the process. He continues to gain more and more heat by the second, to the point now where it’s not possible to hear much else. Orton lay face-first on the floor. Zachariah walks over to him, grabs him, and leans him against the security barricade. Blood runs down Orton’s face now, and he’s still not moving. “You like that, Randy?! You’re not going to be beaten, embarrased by someone new? I’d like to see you back that up!” Zachariah lifts Orton onto his shoulders. There’s a point where this is just ridiculous, and Zachariah Graves has already crossed that line. GRAVEYARD LAW RIGHT ONTO THE SECURITY BARRICADE! Randy Orton falls to the mat, on his back, not moving at all. Zachariah Graves feels he’s done enough. No response from the announcers, who are probably too stunned to even make a comment.

Match: Jericho, Boyd, the score’s currently 2-1, with Smackdown in the lead. Chris West defeated Mike Knox, The Miz defeated Evan Bourne, and Batista & John Cena defeated The Hart Dynasty. If Striker Boyd doesn’t win this Match, RAW’s already lost Bragging Rights, and the 14-Man Tag Match could end up adding insult to injury. The fans have been waiting for weeks to see these two square off, and it’s guaranteed to be one hell of a wrestling Match.

‘Striker’ chants fill the arena and set the tone for this contest. The first time ever that the WWE Champion has faced the World Heavyweight Champion on Pay-Per-View, and it’s not likely that you could find two superstars who can put on as athletic a Match as these two will. Boyd proposes a Test of Strength. Jericho looks around the arena, as if thinking it over. Boyd decides he’d rather not wait for an answer, and hits a right hand to the face. Jericho’s taken by surprise, but gets back into it with a right of his own. Boyd ducks a second one, and takes Jericho down with a Dropkick. There the athletic/power combination comes into play. Jericho rolls to his feet and Boyd stares at him. Boyd grabs him, goes for a Suplex, but Jericho counters. He lands on his feet and knees Boyd in the back. He runs the ropes, takes Boyd down with a Flashback! The first big move in this Match, and Jericho hooks the legs. 1! 2! Boyd kicks out. Jericho doesn’t look surprised at all. He didn’t expect to get the win but you never know what’s going to happen in the WWE. Jericho mocks Boyd, standing over him. As Boyd gets to his feet, Jericho hits a hard kick to the side of the chest. Boyd rolls over, landing on his back on the mat. A couple more stomps from Jericho. Jericho mocks the crowd, getting some boos. Hooks the leg—1! 2! 3--No! Boyd gets the shoulder up. Again, no disappointment from Chris Jericho as he knows he’s fighting a Wortld Heavyweight Champion. Despite the tough guy act, Jericho knows that he’ll face some tough opponents; he just won’t say it.

Jericho steps on Boyd’s chest, holding onto the ropes for leverage. The Referee tells Jericho to break it up, hen begins to count. “1! 2! 3! 4!” Jericho steps off of Boyd. He pulls boyd away from the ropes, tries the cover again. 1! 2! The World Champion kicks out! The fans boo, and the outcome isn’t looking to good right now. It’s likely that the RAW Locker Room is watching this Match closely, as it’s their last chance to even the score or else they’ll lose the Bragging Rights Trophuy and the Draft Picks. Jericho goes for a Back Suplex, but Boyd flips backwards and lands on his feet. He turns Jericho around, kicks him in the chest, and hits a Snap DDT! Some cheers from the crowd—Boyd’s got his momentum back. He grabs Jericho, not wasting any time. Boyd pulls Jericho in for a Powerbomb. He lifts him up, goes for it, but Jericho hits a right hand to the head. Boyd drops Jericho, who goes for a Codebreaker. Boyd blocks it, and Jericho slides out of the ring. The crowd boos, the WWE Champion taking the cowardly approach yet again. Striker Bpud takes a minute to recover as Jericho does the same on the outside.

Jim Ross: These two men are very compettive, athletic athletes. As the World Champions, they are definitely considered the top stars on their brand. There’s so much at sake here, more importantly pride than anythingelse. I for one hope Chris Jericho can win, and normally I wouldn’t take sides. However I have a great deal of respect for the Smackdown athlets anmd I think now is when Chris Jericho really needs to fight to win.

Michael Cole: It’s hard to deny that Chis Jericho is exceptionally good, but Striker Boyd has surprised people many times over the past couple of months. He could easily pull out this win, facing a Former Undisputed Champion or not. I think RAW’s got the pride that they need to pull this big victory off here tonight, and even the score.

Striker Boyd pulls himself to his feet using the ropes. He looks to the outside where Jericho is leaning against the sercurity barricade. Jericho moves toward the ring, but Boyd takes him down with a Baseball Slide to a big pop from the crowd. Jericho falls back into the security barricade, and it’s likely painful as he yells upon hitting it. Boyd looks around the arena, smiles, and listens to the cheers from the crowd. They know it’s comin’! Boyd runs to the corner, up the turnbuckle, Moonsault to the outside! He takes down Jericho and himself, to the usual ovation for performing that extremely athletic move. Despite the simplistic look, the move takes a lot out of Boyd every time he performs it. The fans can’t really tell, but Boyd has some trouble crawling toward the ring steps as he tries to recover. “1!” The Referee’s count begins. Jericho’s not in great shape either, as he tries to get away from Boyd and gain some energy back himself. “2! 3!”

He’s tired, yeah, but Boyd knows that he needs to win this Match. It’s not even about RAW, but about his own pride. Chris Jericho screwed him out of the United States Championship, a Belt he had previously held for four months. He wants to prove that he’s really the best, and that he’s not just someone who got lucky and won the World Title. Boyd gets to his feet; he walks slowly toward Jericho. As Jericho sees Boyd coming, he pulls himself to his feet against the security barricade. Boyd goes for a right hand, but Jericho grabs his head and slams it into the security barricade. Both guys take a breather. Jericho grabs Boyd and rolls him into the ring. He slides in quickly, hooks both legs! 1! 2! Boyd gets the shoulder up. Jericho yells at the Referee; stupid Officials don’t know how to count. Striker Boyd’s in a bad way; he builds momentum, and it gets shifted pretty easily. Not gonna let that discourage him, though. Jericho Irish Whips Boyd into the ropes. He waits, planning to hit a Flapjack, but Boyd returns with a TILT-A-WHIRL DDT! Monstrous pop from the crowd! Striker falls to the mat as well. He’s got this won, but he can’t make it to the cover! ‘Striker’ chants begin to fill the arena; the crowd knows he’s just a second away from winning this. Boyd moves slowly, Jericho’s flat on his back. He manages to get an arm over Jericho’s chest! Striker Boyd wins it! 1! 2! 3—No! Unbelievable! Chris Jericho gets his shoulder up right before the Referee’s hand hits the mat!

Jim Ross: My God I don’t believe it! Somehow, someway, Chris Jericho got his shoulder up with less than a second to spare! I’m being completely honest when I say I thought this Match was over right there! How in the hell do these guys do this?!

Michael Cole: Incredible, just downright incredible! RAW’s got pride, but the determination of Chris Jericho – despite his actions 364 days of the year – is something to marvel at! Striker Boyd can capitalize on this, J.R., all he’s gotta do is hit the Strikeout!

‘Lets go Striker’ and ‘Lets go Jericho’ chants divide the crowd. Normally Jericho doesn’t get cheers, but there’s a lot of Smackdown fans in the crowd and the Match these two are putting on is deserving of cheers. Striker goes to the corner. He’s done mostly what he can do, so the Strikeout is his best bet now. Jericho gets to his feet, dazed. He turns around, Boyd runs, STRIKEOUT! Thanks for coming, Chris—CODEBREAKER! Wait! Striker hits the Strikeout, but Jericho hits the Codebreaker at the same time! ‘Holy Shit’ chants fill the arena as both superstars lay in the center of the ring. “1!” The Referee begins to count. “2! 3! 4! 5!” Neither superstar moves, at all. “6! 7! 8!” This Match could end by count out here! “9!” Still nothing. “10!” The Referee signals for the bell.

Winner: Draw

[Both superstars lay in the center of the ring, having had a very physical Match and just not having the strength to get to their feet after that amazing Strikeout/Codebreaker combination.]

Jim Ross: I don’t believe this! Striker Boyd hit the Strikeout, Chris Jericho hit the Codebreaker, both men have won this Match, Michael! That means Smackdown’s still in the lead, but even if RAW wins the 14-Man Tag, it’ll be 3-3 with no actual winner!

Michael Cole: I don’t think anyone expected this to happen here! Bragging Rights has been an amazing show so far, and this nearly-historic Match has only made it better! After watching this Match, Team RAW has to know that it’s all or nothing now, really. At least if they tie the score, they won’t have lost. This is huge, J.R., history has been made here at Bragging Rights!

Match: DING, DING, DING!

This 14-Man Tag Team match is underway! John Morrison and Chris Masters are starting for their team. This match is one of the most intense of the night. The men tie up in the middle of the ring. Masters flips Morrison over in a headlock takeover. He pushes Morrison’s shoulders to the mat. “...One!” but only the one count, hardly even that. Morrison’s throws his legs up around Masters neck, and pulls him off. Both men scurry to their feet and attack each other. Masters takes Morrison out with a lariat! Masters tags in CM Punk to take care of the rest. Punk stomps on Morrison’s face. Morrison sits up, and Punk kicks him to the back. Morrison stumbles to his feet, holding his back. Punk lifts him up on the shoulders! Morrison pushes off, and hits a dropkick to Punk’s back. Punk rebounds backwards off the ropes; Morrison with a Schoolboy Pin! “... One!” but Punk kicks out. Morrison lifts Punk by the hair, and chops him hard in the chest. He falls back into Morrison’s corner. Morrison tags in Matt Hardy. Matt begins kicking and hammering away on Punk, who falls into a seat position. Hardy is pulled off by the referee. Hardy is intense on showing how much of a great wrestler he is. He begins kicking the seated Punk, but again is pulling off. With Hardy distracting the referee, Dustin Delta begins punching Punk. The referee turns around to an innocent Delta. Hardy runs and dropkicks Punk. Punk rolls into the middle, where Hardy goes for a pin. “... One!” but Punk isn’t done yet.
Hardy lifts Punk and kicks him back into the corner. Hardy Irish Whips Punk across the ring into another corner. Hardy runs at Punk, who quickly moves out of the way. Hardy hits the turnbuckle and turns around; Punk hits a powerful heel kick to Hardy’s jaw! Hardy’s down! Punk tags in Kozlov! Kozlov stomps on Hardy for several moments. He lifts Hardy by the hair on his head, growling at him. Kozlov performs a scoop slam on Hardy. Kozlov, again, lifts Hardy by his hair. He tosses Hardy up on his shoulder and walks around with him. He performs a heavy powerslam. Kozlov roars; Gregory Helms has seen enough, he tags himself in! Kozlov looks rather angry, but steps out. Helms drags Hardy into the center of the ring, and goes for a pin. “... One...” but Hardy kicks out just before the two count. Helms runs to the ropes, and springboards, going for a Moonsault! Hardy rolls out of the way! Both men are to their feet. Helms turns right into a kick to the gut! TWIST OF FATE! Hardy hits it! Both men are down, neither one moves. Chants erupt for both superstars. They crawl towards their corners. Helms tags in Dolph Ziggler! Hardy tags in MVP! The two men meet in the middle of the ring and begin trading punches.

Michael Cole: Come on, M.V.P.! RAW needs to win to tie the score, and even then I’m not sure what’s going to happen! Dolph Ziggler’s got quite the record over on Smackdown, but I think RAW’s VIP can outwrestle him here!

Jim Ross: I’m not sure, Michael. Dolph Ziggler’s one of the best young athletes on the Roster, and no disrespect to M.V.P., but I don’t think he’s got what it takes to unseat Dolph Ziggler here tonight.

MVP gets the advantage. He kicks Ziggler to the gut and hammers his back. Ziggler drops to his knees. MVP goes for the boot off the ropes! But Ziggler moves, and hits a bulldog! Ziggler goes for a quick pin: “... One!” but MVP kicks out. Ziggler lifts MVP, who pushes Ziggler off of him. Ziggler runs at MVP, who sidesteps, and sends Ziggler to the ropes. Axle pulls down the ropes, sending Ziggler over and out! Kozlov is in the ring! He hits a BATTERING RAM to MVP! Kane grabs the throat of Kozlov! CHOKESLAM! Chris Masters comes in with a huge clothesline to Kane! Ryder is in now! He hits the ZACK ATTACK! Hawkins is battling Zack! Hitting punches, and clotheslines him right over the ropes! This match is out of control! CM Punk and Mark Henry attack the remaining wrestlers on the apron! The referee struggles to get this match under control!
After minutes of arguing, Ziggler and MVP at back in the ring. They tie up, and Ziggler gets the advantage, he hits a slick DDT! He tags in Mark Henry. Henry goes for the Big Splash! MVP holds up his knees, but it doesn’t help at all. Henry crushes his legs, and is on top for the pin! “... One... Two!” but Ryder breaks the count. Henry gets up, and grabs a hold of Ryder, tossing him over the ropes! Kane hits a huge Big Boot! Will this match ever be under control? Ziggler runs at Kane, who catches him by the throat! Kane pushes Ziggler over the ropes, as Henry sneaks up behind Kane, and throws him overtop as well! Henry runs to receive a clothesline from MVP! Henry doesn’t even fall! MVP tags in Morrison, who climbs the top rope. MVP kicks Henry to the shin, he goes down to one knee! Morrison leaps off the top rope, and hits a powerful knee to the back of Henry’s head! Pin! “... One... Two...” but this time, it’s Punk who breaks the count! Morrison gets up, and begins a shoving war with Punk. The referee yells at Punk to get out of the ring – behind him, Henry runs; Morrison moves; Punk is tanked over! Henry pummels Punk, who falls out of the ring. Henry turns and is hit with a TWIST OF FATE from the newly tagged in Hardy! Pin! “... One... Two...” but the pin is broken again! All the men are in the ring! This is chaos! Chaos!

No one can keep track of who is fighting who, fists are just flying. The referee breaks the men up. Each team stands on opposite sides. Hardy goes back to battle with Henry as the teams climb out onto the apron, but Kane tags himself in! Henry tags in Hawkins! What a height difference. Hawkins begins kicking and punching Kane. Kane shows such power, taking no pain at all. Kane lifts Hawkins onto his shoulder, and gets him in the Tombstone position! Hawkins gets his legs free, and kicks him in the face. Kane drops Hawkins who goes for a spear! His shoulder bounces off Kane’s hard stomach. Kane BOOTS Hawkins to the face! Pin! “... One... Two!” but Hawkins kicks out. Kane lifts Hawkins – CHOKESLAM! Kane is dominating! Ryder tags himself in! Ryder goes for the pin! “... One... Two...” but Hawkins kicks out!

Michael Cole: Talk about close, RAW almost had it there!

Jim Ross: Thankfully Curt Hawkins was able to get the shoulder up, but I don’t think we’ve got much to be worried about. Smackdown’s already leading things here.

Zack Ryder grabs Hawkins. His Former Tag Team Partner is his enemy tonight, and Ryder knows that. Ryder places his knee on the back of Hawkins’ neck, goes for the Zack Attack, counter! Hawkins grabs Ryder, goes for the Arm-Twist Neckbreaker, scores it! Hooks the legs, Smackdown’s got this! 1! 2! 3— What? CM Punk enters the ring and kicks ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin right in the back of the head, breaking up the count. This brings tons of boos from the crowd, understandably as the hated CM Punk has just attacked one of the most popular superstars of all time, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin! Punk turns around, Kane grabs him, CHOKESLAM! Dolph Ziggler’s in, hits THE FIRST IMPRESSION on Kane! Matt Hardy, TWIST OF FATE on Ziggler! Oh, and Vladimir Kozlov’s in now, hits the BATTERING RAM HEADBUTT! Hardy’s down! Wait a minute, John Morrison with the FLYING CHUCK on Kozlov! Things are breaking down here! Mark Henry, hits the WORLD’S STRONGEST SLAM on Morrison! Dustin Delta runs in, he takes Mark Henry out of the ring with a Cactus Clothesline! With everyone down, Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins are still the legal men here! So much for keeping order, here! Wait a second! Axle Comuteza goes up to the top, SHOOTING STAR LEG DROP on Hawkins! Austin starts to recover! Zack Ryder slowly gets an arm over Curt Hawkins! Could he do it here?! 1!.......2!.........3!

Winners: Team RAW

Michael Cole: Yes! Take that! Monday Night RAW has tied the score, and now that means Smackdown won’t be getting the—

Chris Jericho

[The fans begin to boo, yet some of them are confused, as Chris Jericho makes his way into the arena, dressed in a black suit. Most of the RAW Superstars are still in the ring, while the Smackdown guys have headed to the back. The WWE Championship is around Jericho’s waist, and he walks to the ring with a microphone in his hand.]

Chris Jericho: Hold on just a second. Cut the celebration, this is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t care what any of you people have to say, I beat Striker Boyd earlier tonight. [Some boos.] Yeah, that’s right, I beat him. So RAW’s miniscule win here is about as useless as the RAW Superstars themselves. [Jericho, apparently feeling like Mr. Invincible, climbs the ring steps and enters the ring, the RAW Superstars still in it.] You people shouldn’t be celebrating right now. So what if you won, it’s not like it matters? I mean, come on, you—

Vince McMahon

[The crowd pops as Vince McMahon makes his way into the arena, microphone in hand.]

Vince McMahon: Chris, it’s late, I’m tired, and to be completely honest I’m tired of listening to you rant and rave. When you lose, you lose, and damnit that’s the way it’s going to be. However in this case, neither you nor Striker Boyd lost your Match. [The crowd pops.] That being said, the score is tied tonight. The decree was that the WINNING brand would receive the Bragging Rights Trophy and three Draft Picks, but clearly that’s not possible since we don’t have a winning brand. Earlier tonight, after seeing your Match with Striker Boyd, I decided what I was going to do. Instead of one brand winning, we’re all going to be winners here tonight! [Vince McMahon smiles, Jericho looks at him, puzzled.] See I decided that rather than have RAW or Smackdown win, I’d throw ECW into the mix and have a huge 12-Man Trade! [Huge pop from the crowd.] And Chris, unfortunately for you, you were one of the superstars chosen to be traded! [The RAW Superstars laugh while Jericho throws a temper tantrum in the ring.] And Chris, because of that, I’ve decided that right here, right now, you’re going to defend the WWE Championship! [Another huge pop!] The man you’re going to face is a man who was traded to Smackdown tonight, and he’s actually standing in the ring with you right now! [Jericho turns around and faces the line of RAW Superstars. Dustin Delta, Kane, John Morrison, M..V.P., Zack Ryder, Matt Hardy, and Axle Comuteza. But who will he face?] Right now, Chris Jericho will defend the WWE Championship against...John Morrison! [The crowd nearly goes insane and a bright smile lines John Morrison’s face.] Now I ask that all of you please leave the ring, because before the Last Ride Match, we’ve got a Title Match for all of you right here tonight!

Match: Chris Jericho and John Morrison stand in the middle of the ring, nose-to-nose, looking at each other, both talking smack. Chris Jericho slaps Morrison across the face, who laughs and tackles Jericho to the ground and connecting with punches in between the eyes. Chris Jericho rolls out of the ring, looking to get away from Morrison, but Morrison has other ideas as he bounces off the ropes, runs to the other side of the ring, and jumps over the ropes, front flipping onto Jericho. Morrison also felt the effects of it as he holds the back of his neck. “1! 2! 3!” The referee yells. Morrison slowly stands to his feet, using the security barricade for leverage. He walks over to Jericho and picks him up, then throws him into the steel steps! “4!” Morrison rolls into the ring, then out, breaking up the count. Morrison grabs Jericho and throws him back into the ring, before going for the cover. “1! 2! Three—No!” That was close!

Jim Ross: I’m surprised Morrison didn’t get the three there. Jericho already had one match earlier, now he’s in this. Jericho has got to be worn out.

Josh Mathews: No doubt about it. Jericho is still feeling the effects of his match with Striker Boyd earlier tonight, and he’s letting it show.

Morrison drags Jericho over the the corner. He grabs the ropes, looks down and jumps—STARSHIP PAIN! No! Jericho got his knees up! Jericho crawls to Morrison and hooks both legs! “1! 2!” Kickout! Jericho can’t believe it as he looks around the arena, with his eyes wide open. Jericho stands to his feet. He runs to the ropes—LIONSAULT Jericho covers again. “1! 2! Three—No!” Morrison rolls the shoulder out! Jericho stands to his feet and tries to lock in the Walls of Jericho, but Morrison rolls him up! “1! 2! Three—No!” Jericho barely kicks out before the referee’s hand can come down for the three count. Morrison and Jericho stand to their feet and Jericho slaps Morrison in the face again, but Morrison retaliates with a slap of his own! Jericho gets in the face of Morrison, who throws Jericho into the corner and starts delivering punches to the head.

Jim Ross: Jericho is getting humiliated all over the place tonight. He can’t get anything going.

Morrison grabs Jericho’s hand and Irish Whips him into the opposite corner, then runs at him with a corner clothesline, but is met with an elbow catching him in the jaw. Jericho jumps up—CODEBREAKER! No! Morrison stays standing, sending Jericho onto his back! Morrison does a handstand, spins, and drops his leg onto Jericho’s face! Cover! It’s gotta be over! “1! 2! Three—No!” Unbelievable! Both men stand, but Morrison jumps up looking for a dropkick, but Jericho catches him—WALLS OF JERICHO! Morrison strains to get to the bottom rope! MORRISON REACHES THE BOTTOM ROPE! “1! 2! 3! 4!” Jericho lets go, but then turns back on Morrison to argue with the referee. Jericho turns around and is met with a Springboard Roundhouse Kick! Morrison drags Jericho to the corner—STARSHIP PAIN! Morrison hooks both legs! It’s over! “1! 2! 3!” Morrison’s done it! Morrison’s realized the dream!

Winner: [and the new WWE Champion] John Morrison

Jim Ross: You gotta be kidding me! For months Chris Jericho has managed to hold on to the WWE Championship, but tonight at Bragging Rights, his near six-month reign is no more! John Morrison, who came to Bragging Rights tonight expecting just to compete in a Tag Team Match, has just become the Number One Superstar in the business!

Josh Matthews: Chris Jericho’s heading to RAW, but who else will be going with him? I’m told that after Bragging Rights, you can go to ’WWE.NET’ for all of the Trade Details!

Match: ‘The Dead Man’ and ‘Taurus’ start to trade blows, with the Undertaker gaining an advantage after about 4 shots either way, he Irish Whips Oxford into the corner, and delivers a Body Splash to his gigantic opponent. Taker Whips his opponent across the ring again, and charges, Oxford lifts a boot into the face of the Phenom, before picking him up and throwing him from the ring with ease.

Taker starts to get to his feet, Oxford on the other hand, runs across the ring, jumping onto the top rope, and nailing The Demon of Death Valley with a Springboard Clothesline! The fans give Oxford a tonne of heat as he stands over the fallen Undertaker.

Michael Cole: What athleticism! I mean, we talk about it every time Russell Oxford competes, but seeing a guy his size move around in the ring with such agility is just unbelievable.

Jerry Lawler: You gotta think, how does The Undertaker prepare himself for that? I could know that a bus is about to fall from the top of a building and land on me, but that doesn’t mean I have a way to stop it from destroying me.

Oxford pulls his opponent to his feet, before delivering a knee to the stomach, The Undertaker staggers back, and Oxford charges, The Dead Man side steps, and Oxford's knees collide with the steel steps, he falls straight over the steps, the Undertaker moves around the steps, grabs Oxford by the head and pulls him to his feet. The Dead Man rams Oxfords head into the ring post,, before rolling him back into the ring, leaving his head, and neck on the apron. Undertaker to the apron, the fans pop huge as he runs, and delivers a devastating Leg Drop to Oxford who rolls back into the ring, holding his throat.

Taker quickly re-enters the ring himself, and taunts calling for a Tombstone Piledriver. The fans pop huge as Oxford starts to stand and The Dead Man grabs him, turning him upside-down in the process. Hurricanrana! Oxford counters with a Hurricanranna! Oxford rolls from the ring, with The Undertaker getting to his feet, and following closely, Oxford makes his way over by the time keeper, The Undertaker grabs him by the shoulders and turns him around Ring Bell to the face! The Undertaker goes down hard!

Michael Cole: The Undertaker almost had the Tombstone Piledriver there, but Russell Oxford was able to manuever his way out of it; what’s it going to take for The Undertaker to actually get Russell Oxford into that hearse, King?

Jerry Lawler: I’m not really sure, Michael. It’s going to be difficult enough to hurt the guy, but getting him into a hearse that’s all the way at the top of the ramp is even worse.

Oxford starts to drag his legendary opponent by the toward the hearse, about 6 feet from the ring The Undertaker stars to fight back, he manages to kick Oxford off and get to his feet, still moving up the ramp, the two superstars begin to furiously trade blows, and the fans trade boos and cheers along with them, finally The Undertaker hits a knee to the stomach, and grabs Oxford by the throat, Russell looks sore, but quickly responds in kind, the fans pop in excitement as both superstars seem to be at risk of suffering a Chokeslam!

“Undertaker!” chants fill the arena as both Superstars struggle to break the others grip, finally though, the Undertaker delivers an elbow to the forearm of the massive Oxford, Chokeslam! The fans pop huge as The Undertaker lifts Oxford to feet, and begins to pull his limp body toward the hearse, finally they make it, and the fans pop as The Undertaker attempts to load Oxford into the hearse, but their reaction changes entirely as Oxford manages to prevent this by grabbing hold of the roof with both hands, before delivering an elbow to the face of The Undertaker, and ramming his skull into the car.

Michael Cole: So close! The Undertaker nearly had him there, but Russell Oxford used his instinct, he knew that Taker was planning to put him in the hearse, and battled his way out. These two are going to have to completely destroy each other before they can win this thing!

Oxford, perhaps sensing that he won't be able to put the Undertaker away here, and knowing that he's in worse shape, starts to make his way back down toward the ring, leaving the undertaker to shake off the cobwebs from having his face rammed into the hearse. Oxford gets almost all the way back down to the ring but The Undertaker who's made it to his feet chases Oxford down, and nails him square in the back of the neck with a Clothesline, causing Oxford to stagger further down toward the ring, he slides into it, and leans against the turnbuckle trying to catch his breath.

The Dead Man enters the ring and hits Oxford with a barrage of head and body shots, before twisting his arm, and climbing to the top rope, he walks along, looking to execute Old School, he connects with it, and the fans pop, but Oxford doesn't go down he staggers into the center of the ring, and The Dead Man looks to follow up, He runs attempting a Lariat Take-down, but Oxford ducks under the blow, sending The Undertaker flipping onto his back. Oxford quickly gets to his feet, and hits a kick to the back of the head of the Dead Man!

Oxford Measures The Undertaker, who starts to stand, but, quickly finds himself upside down, as Taurus lifts him in position for a Piledriver, the fans give Oxford major heat as he nails the Dead Man with a Neck-snapping Piledriver! Oxford leaves the ring and makes his way over to the announce desk, before he starts to dismantle it, obviously much to the dismay of the commentary team.

Jerry Lawler: Well, Michael, I think it’s a good idea for us to move now! I certainly don’t want to tell either of these two that they can’t use our Table!

Taurus enters the ring, probably to bring Undertaker out to the announce desk, he stands over the fallen Undertaker savoring the decimation of ‘The Phenom.’ Undertaker sits up! the fans give an absolutely massive pop, and Oxford seems shocked, although he'd never admit to being intimidated, he might well be, as the Undertaker stands and both superstars once again start to trade right hands, this time, both are visibly staggering with each blow hit by their opponent, and the fans are silent.

This time Oxford takes the advantage with a big Headbutt to the Undertaker, dropping the Demon of Death Valley, but he too seems a little worse-for-where, before he slides from the ring, and starts to search around under the ring, before he finally emerges with a chair in hand. The Undertaker gets to his feet as Oxford enters the ring, and charges with the chair, Big Boot! the Undertaker boots the chair straight into the face of Oxford, sending him crashing to the mat bellow, and leaving a sizable dent in the chair. The Undertaker attempts to apply Hell's Gate, but Oxford, probably on pure instinct slips away from The Undertaker and shakily gets to his feet, The Undertaker also stands, and both superstars stare into one-another's eyes, with the fans cheering in excitement in the Background.

Michael Cole: It doesn’t matter what they throw at one another, The Undertaker and Russell Oxford are refusing to give an inch! If this continues, I seriously don’t know if we’ll even see a winner here!

Finally, both superstars lock up, in a Test of Strength, in which Oxford proves himself one of the few amazing people strong enough to over-power the Undertaker, if only barely, he forces him into the ropes, before grabbing him by the throat and pushing him over the ropes with both hands around his neck, Oxford quickly follows the Dead Man, pulling him to his feet outside, before positioning him for a Powerbomb.

The startled commentary team are quick to move as Oxford carries the Phenom over the announce desk. Powerbomb through the announce desk! this gets a mixed reaction from the crowd, cheers from excitement over the match, and boos because The Undertaker just got absolutely decimated.

Oxford stands over the lifeless Undertaker with a smirk on his face, before he starts to drag Demon of Death Valley back toward the Hearse, this time the Undertaker doesn't manage to kick him off, and Oxford makes it to the hearse without an issue, he begins to lift the dead-weight that is his opponent, loading him into the hearse, but before he can close the door, The Undertaker delivers a kick to the face, and sits up in the Hearse, grabbing Oxford by the throat, the fans see the image on the Titantron and pop huge as the Undertaker gets out of the back of the car and stands before Oxford manages to hit a kick to the groin of the Undertaker who drops his hand from the throat of Taurus.

Oxford turns The Demon of Death Valley around and rams him face first into the hearse for the second time in the match, and a third, fourth, fifth, he attempts a sixth, but the now-bloody Undertaker blocks it and hits an elbow to the face, and another, Oxford lets go of the Dead Man, and staggers back, The Undertaker turns and hits a few shots to the face, before pulling Oxford up onto his shoulder and delivering Snake Eyes onto the roof of the hearse!

Michael Cole: Vintage Undertaker! ‘The Phenom’ is about to regain control of this Match, King!

The Undertaker starts to try and push Oxford into the Hearse, but Taurus counters with a back-kick to the stomach, and follows up with a Spinning Wheel kick. Oxford falls into a sitting position, as The Undertaker staggers down the ramp, but manages to stay standing, he manages to get his wits about him, he sees that Oxford is in a bad way, The Dead Man advances on Oxford, and grabs the tailgate of the hearse, slamming it across Oxford's head, neck and chest in a brutal display of power, and innovative thought!

The Undertaker takes a few steps down the ramp, before charging forward, and delivering a huge Big Boot to the tailgate of the hearse!

The Undertaker grabs Oxford, loads him into the hearse, and slams the door shut, the fans pop huge as the Undertaker wins the match, before climbing into the driver's seat of the jet-black car, ready to begin Taurus' last ride! The bell rings, marking The Phenom as the deserving winner of this brutal and physical bout!.

Winner: The Undertaker

Michael Cole: The Undertaker wins! It was a hell of a Match, but The Undertaker has prevailed here at Bragging Rights!

A camera follows the hearse as it drives slowly through the arena, suddenly The Undertaker seems to loose control of the car, as it speeds up, and crashes into a wall, before turning back towards the arena, the fans seem confused as the hearse re-appears on the stage, it finds it's self on the side of the stage.

Jerry Lawler: Wait a minute, what’s going on?

The driver's seat door opens and the fans boo like crazy as Russell Oxford steps out from behind the wheel, and walks down into the tech area, he throws the pyrotechnics expert aside and sits down in his seat, where he presses a button. A second later a Kane-like blast of fire ignites the hearse.

Michael Cole: Oh my God! The Undertaker’s inside that hearse!

The fans are silent as Oxford walks backstage, and the flames on the hearse begin to spread! Boom! The hearse explodes in a burst of flame and heat which can be heard, and felt throughout the arena presumably with the Undertaker still inside. The fans are practically all silent in shock, but a few scattered “Holy shit!” chants fill the arena, and rightfully so. Medics run from the back, some with fire extinguishers in hand, as they douse the car in foam the others attempt to spot The Undertaker.
